Any references to football, teams, matches, players, or coaches are descriptive references to public sporting events and the public figures associated with them. GoalSurvey connects users with short online surveys about football, fan opinions, and match predictions, provided by third-party research partners and advertisers. No purchase is necessary to participate. We do not guarantee a specific number of surveys, specific earnings, or the availability of any particular reward. GoalSurvey is not a betting, gambling, or wagering platform; no money is exchanged for predictions or participation, and no wagers are placed.
You agree to provide accurate information and keep your contact details current. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your submissions.

Where offered, points or rewards are subject to availability, may change without notice, and have no cash value until redeemed. We may revoke rewards obtained through fraudulent activity.
Surveys and offers are created by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party surveys, advertisers, or linked websites.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Fan profiles, predictions, and comparisons are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional or betting advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoalSurvey shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
